Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to own the P&L waterfall for Amazon, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce channels. You will build SKU-level COGS models, maintain margins, and partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to quantify impact.

The role requires strong financial modeling, Excel/BI skills, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have 4–7+ years in FP&A or commercial finance, with direct exposure to marketplace economics and ERP systems.

• Own the complete P&L waterfall from gross sales through net revenue to gross margin for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce/marketplace channels
• Build and maintain SKU- and channel-level COGS models covering landed cost, freight/duties, co-packing, fulfillment, and shipping
• Partner with supply chain and procurement to update COGS assumptions and quantify margin impacts
• Maintain a standardized bridge from gross sales to net revenue to gross margin
• Model the promotional calendar across Amazon and TikTok Shop
• Evaluate discounts, coupons, deals, funding requests, and bundle offers and provide go/no-go recommendations
• Track promotional spend and discount depth against plan and analyze post-promotion performance
• Partner with brand and growth marketing teams on a shared promotional calendar
• Maintain marketplace fee assumptions for Amazon and TikTok Shop
• Reconcile marketplace settlement and payout reports against modeled expectations
• Monitor and forecast the impact of changing retailer and marketplace fees
• Build rolling revenue, COGS, and gross margin forecasts by channel and SKU
• Report variance to plan and forecast weekly and monthly
• Develop dashboards in Excel and/or BI tools for revenue, gross margin, promotional spend, and fee trends
• Support month-end close, including accruals for promotions, discounts, returns reserves, and marketplace fees
• Act as embedded finance partner to E-Commerce, Amazon/Marketplace, and DTC teams
• Provide scenario and what-if modeling for pricing, promotions, and new SKU or bundle launches
• Present channel performance, margin bridges, and recommendations to Finance and Commercial leadership
• Identify and drive margin improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4-7+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis
• Direct exposure to Amazon and/or TikTok Shop economics
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central fee structures and FBA
• Strong working knowledge of TikTok Shop commission, ads, and affiliate/creator commerce models
• Ability to build detailed SKU-level financial models from scratch in advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and comfort operating cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple fast-moving channels
• Experience in supplement, beverage, or broader CPG/consumer products industry nice to have
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and analytics tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout nice to have
• Prior experience managing or supporting a promotional calendar process in a marketplace environment nice to have
