Zusammenfassung

Feinmetall is seeking a skilled CNC Turner (m/f/d) to craft precision components and tune complex systems. You will program and modify existing CNC programs for vertical turning machines, set up machines, and manufacture cutting tools aligned with detailed drawings.

Ideal candidates have an apprenticeship in machining, industrial mechanics, or precision mechanics, with proven CNC and sliding head lathe experience, plus a flexible, team-oriented, and quality-driven mindset. Shift work is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Apprenticeship completed in machining technology, industrial mechanic, precision mechanic, or equivalent.
• Proven CNC machining experience and operation of sliding head lathes.
• Quick learner, flexible, and a team player.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented with focus on cost and quality.
• Good fine motor skills and keen observation.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Aufgaben

• Independent programming and modification of existing programs for CNC vertical turning machines (preferably Fanuc control).
• Machine setup and adjustment according to manufacturing drawings.
• Manufacturing of product-specific cutting tools and precision components.
• Recording and classification of malfunctions and errors on lathes.
• Manufacturing, measuring, and inspecting components according to existing drawings.
• Conducting dimensional and visual inspections in accordance with specifications.
• Recording inspection results in the quality management system.
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions.
• Maintaining and inspecting machines and equipment in accordance with maintenance specifications.
