Brainlab is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technical planning and implementation of Digital O.R. audio/video solutions across the EMEA region.
You will drive all phases from purchase orders to end-user training within agreed timelines and support the Sales team with technical input and layouts. The role requires an engineering/IT degree or PM certification, at least 2 years in medical projects, and readiness to travel up to 20%.
Manage technical planning and implementation of Digital O.R. audio/video solutions and intraoperative imaging projects, with focus on EMEA
Drive all project phases from purchase order, technical clarifications, site preparation, shipment/delivery, installation, release for clinical use, and end-user training within agreed timelines
Assist the Sales team with technical support, quote reviews, and site-specific layouts
Draft preliminary technical schemes, including video routine diagrams and video signal transfer customization
Create detailed spatial drawings integrating site constraints, standards, procedures, and workflows
Build professional relationships with onsite project stakeholders, including biomedical engineers, surgeons, nurses, radioprotection representatives, hospital planners, architects, contractors, suppliers, electricians, IT technicians, and purchasing agents
Manage internal coordination with order processing, production planning, export, installation specialists, support, and educational teams
Conduct feasibility studies for new hospital operating room areas
Develop operating room design concepts integrating Brainlab solutions
Handle project planning, coordination, resource planning, stakeholder management, project ownership, and representation of Brainlab to external partners
Cooperate closely with customers and third-party vendors
Maintain project documentation
Demonstrates expertise in managing technical planning and implementation of Digital O.R. audio/video solutions, with strong project management skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders in the medical field.
