Jobtailor is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and patients in clinical programs, focusing on medication therapy management and health outcomes improvement.
You will assist with comprehensive medication reviews, collect medication histories, promote adherence, and help guide optimization for patients taking multiple medications, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and delivering bilingual customer service in English and Spanish.
Qualifikationen
- Resident State Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Experience with insurance processing or call center workflows.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Mail order or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong problem-resolution and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 8:00am-7:00pm EST, Mon-Fri during training and campaigns.

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls with Humana members
- Collect medication history information
- Prepare members for comprehensive medication reviews
- Help guide prescription drug optimization for patients taking multiple medications
- Promote health awareness throughRx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns
- Assist Pharmacists by placing and retrieving calls to confirm medication adherence and provide counseling

Requirements
- Resident State Pharmacy Technician License OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes
- Designated work area with a door that locks
- Must work any hours Monday-Friday between 8:0am-7:00pm EST
- Holidays, weekends and overtime when applicable
- Must be on time with camera ON during 2+ weeks of training and required leadership meetings
- Willingness to remain in the position and campaign for a minimum of twelve months
- Must meet home internet requirements of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Mail order or retail pharmacy experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous call center experience or pharmacy-setting experience
- Capability in problem resolution and supporting team-based resolutions
