Zusammenfassung

St. Elizabeth Physicians is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to manage electronic medication refill requests and support clinics. You will process refills, assist with prior authorizations, and provide patient-centered customer service in a busy practice.

You will communicate with physicians, clinicians, and staff, ensure accurate patient records in the EMR, and adhere to HIPAA and workflow protocols. Relevant certifications and at least one year of pharmacy experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA exam.
• Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration.
• 1 year of work experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work professionally with doctors, hospital administration, management, SEP employees and the public.
• Knowledge of current practice management and electronic medical record systems (training provided).
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Customer service skills reflecting a patient-centered attitude.
• Understanding of pharmacy calculations and medical terminology.
• Ability to work successfully in a team-based decision-making culture.

• Must respond and follow through with requests promptly.
