Qualifikationen

• Willingness to visit assigned locations promptly and regularly.

• Serve as a trusted resource for adolescent and young adult behavioral healthcare in the community.
• Identify market strategy, build and deepen professional relationships, and optimize opportunities to increase Newport Healthcare’s reach.
• Respond immediately to service and referral inquiries and support the referring professional and family from the first call through admission.
• Ensure communication and care coordination.
• Identify and prospect new healthcare-sector accounts.
• Build relationships with medical professionals, increase awareness of the organization’s services, and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs and create community partnerships.
• Plan and attend facility tours, professional weekends, events, conferences, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the national team of Clinical Outreach Specialists, including weekly team calls and quarterly field rides.

Requirements

• Experience with communication principles, practices, and techniques applicable to a healthcare environment
• Extensive experience in creating, maintaining, and delivering marketing strategies to meet objectives
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience
• Living in or close enough to your designated territory so you can meet the requirement of visiting your assigned locations on a prompt and regular basis
