Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking Client Support Vacation Consultants to join our fully remote team. You will assist travelers in planning and coordinating memorable vacations with personalized recommendations and proactive service.

The ideal candidate thrives in a remote, customer-first environment, is highly organized, and comfortable using online platforms to manage bookings, communications, and travel details. Training, mentorship, and ongoing development are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with vacation planning inquiries and travel-related requests
• Build rapport with travelers by learning about their interests, preferences, and travel objectives
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, transportation, and recreational activities
• Provide customized travel recommendations based on client needs, expectations, and budgets
• Support trip planning by coordinating reservations, itinerary details, and travel arrangements
• Communicate confirmations, travel schedules, required documentation, and important updates
• Assist travelers with itinerary changes, special accommodations, and service-related concerns
• Review booking details and travel information to help maintain accuracy and organization
• Monitor upcoming departures and assist with final travel preparations
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, travel plans, and booking activity using company systems
• Utilize approved supplier resources, travel tools, and company platforms to support client needs
• Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and professional development opportunities
