• Assist clients with vacation planning inquiries and travel-related requests
• Build rapport with travelers by learning about their interests, preferences, and travel objectives
• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, tours, transportation, and recreational activities
• Provide customized travel recommendations based on client needs, expectations, and budgets
• Support trip planning by coordinating reservations, itinerary details, and travel arrangements
• Communicate confirmations, travel schedules, required documentation, and important updates
• Assist travelers with itinerary changes, special accommodations, and service-related concerns
• Review booking details and travel information to help maintain accuracy and organization
• Monitor upcoming departures and assist with final travel preparations
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, travel plans, and booking activity using company systems
• Utilize approved supplier resources, travel tools, and company platforms to support client needs
• Participate in ongoing training, destination education, and professional development opportunities
