Corpay is seeking a Client Support Executive to act as the middle desk between clients, front‑of‑house teams, back‑office departments, and other stakeholders in Munich. Aufgaben

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance to ensure a smooth client experience for trade settlement and problem resolution.
• Educate Corpay clients on processes to reduce future dependency and contact.
• Support efficient cash flow through timely collection of outstanding receivables (trades, deposits, and losses).
• Serve as first-hand support for dealers and their clients.
• Monitor, chase, and report on outstanding trades requiring wire instructions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR and CASS obligations.
• Handle small complaints with dealers and escalate larger complaints to the complaints department and Head of Client Support.
• Escalate non-settlement suspicions to Head of Client Support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Promote the online platform to clients, directing them to Cross Border for demonstrations and reducing manual queries.
• Act as a central point for resolution of compliance and payment investigations via Salesforce.
• Compile error reporting from the Client Support perspective.
• Provide ongoing recommendations and process enhancements to improve the client experience.
• Help develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service.

Corpay is seeking a Client Support Executive to serve as the middle desk between clients, front‑of‑house teams, back‑office departments, and other stakeholders. Based in Munich, this permanent role requires accuracy, analytical thinking, collaboration, professionalism, resilience, and tenacity. You will report to the Director & Head of Austria & Germany and work closely with cross‑functional teams within the Cross Borders line of business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance to ensure a smooth client experience for trade settlement and problem resolution.

• Excellent customer/client communication skills.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is €37,000 – €55,000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender‑neutral criteria, including relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
