Job summary

Manning Global is seeking a Client Contract Manager in Germany to oversee end-to-end contract management for a blue-chip client. The role covers request to cash processes, from quotes to delivery, billing and collection, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

You will lead client relationships, governance, reporting, risks and escalations, support bids and service changes, and coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams across international accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in client-facing roles within Telecom or IT.
• Experience in contract management, service delivery and process improvement.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience coordinating international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client contracts and end-to-end Request to Cash activities—from requests and quotations to delivery, billing and collection—ensuring contractual compliance, efficient operations and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate delivery, technical, finance and third-party vendor teams.
• Improve operational processes and support growth within existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

Role Overview

Manage client contracts and end-to-end Request to Cash activities—from requests and quotations to delivery, billing and collection—ensuring contractual compliance, efficient operations and client satisfaction.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Orange Business Services products, processes and tools.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience; ITIL Foundation and Agile Synergy Practitioner certifications.
• Excellent English and Microsoft Office skills.
