The role emphasizes leading individual sales, upselling across categories, strengthening client relationships with CRM tools, and ensuring precise store operations and inventory control. It is offered on a fixed-term contract with potential conversion to a permanent position.

Aufgaben

• Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPI.
• Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multi-selling across product categories.
• Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base using CRM tools.
• Ensure high-quality customer service with a professional and personal touch.
• Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer data input.
• Support inventory accuracy by proper display and merchandise handling per guidelines.
