Fendi, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Client Advisor and FENDI Ambassador in Düsseldorf to deliver an extraordinary luxury experience and uphold brand heritage. You will manage client relationships, drive CRM initiatives, and oversee store operations with craftsmanship in focus.

This fixed-term role offers a path to permanency if business needs and performance align. Ideal candidates have client-facing retail or hospitality experience and strong selling and communication skills.

• Client management and nurturing the FENDI customer base using appropriate CRM tools.
• Provide exceptional client service with a luxurious touch to meet client expectations.
• Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and customer data input.
• This position is offered on a fixed-term contract with potential conversion to permanent if business needs and performance allow.

Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
