Role description

We are now looking for a seasoned and hands-on Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead SWIFT's global R&D function, succeeding our current R&D Manager who will retire at the end of the year.

With a team of engineers in Falkenberg, Sweden, and in Shanghai, China, you will play a central role in shaping the next generation of SWIFT products. Several exciting new development projects are already in the pipeline, and you will be responsible for driving both innovation and execution throughout the product development process.

As CTO, you will also become a key member of the company’s management team, contributing to SWIFT's strategic direction and long-term growth.

The role combines leadership with strong technical involvement. We are looking for someone who enjoys being deeply engaged in product development - from architecture and engineering discussions to supplier collaboration and implementation.
