Position Overview

The Software Development, Product & Technology Lead (m/f/d) combines strategic product management with engineering leadership. This position bridges market requirements and execution by defining the software vision, directing product roadmaps, and providing hands‑on functional and line management to the Software Development team.

Functioning as the central link between technical delivery and business stakeholders, this role drives the full software lifecycle, from requirement gathering to cross-functional releases, ensuring user-centered, high-quality software solutions.
