Tanso Technologies GmbH is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/x) to own complex features end-to-end, from understanding the problem to shipping and production improvements.

• 5+ years of hands-on TypeScript experience in high velocity SaaS environments.
• Strong full-stack and product thinking, understanding systems end-to-end.

Your role

To combine strong product judgment with deep technical ownership, we are looking for aSenior Software Engineer (f/m/x). As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own complex features and technical initiatives end-to-end, from understanding the underlying problem and challenging assumptions to designing the solution, shipping it, and improving it in production. Alongside your work within a product module, you will help solve technical problems that have broader consequences for the platform and the engineers building on it. At Tanso, senior engineers remain hands‑on product builders. The main difference at senior level is not simply owning “bigger features.” It is your ability to go deeper technically, navigate more complex problem spaces, make high-quality architectural decisions, and raise the effectiveness of the engineering organization around you.
