Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive enterprise execution across Claims, Cost Containment, Technology and Data in the insurance/financial services sector. You will shape operating models, build high-performing teams and deliver customer-focused outcomes.

You will lead strategic initiatives, governance, and cross-functional programs that enhance efficiency, profitability and market-facing value while advancing AI and digital capabilities.

• 15+ years of leadership experience within insurance or financial services.

Aufgaben

• Provide enterprise leadership across Claims, Cost Containment, Technology, Data and Operational Excellence.
• Ensure operational and service performance meets or exceeds plan.
• Drive expense efficiency while protecting service quality, customer experience and growth capabilities.
• Lead process simplification, standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Establish performance metrics, service levels, operational dashboards and execution governance.
• Partner with business leaders to support profitable growth and strong customer and partner outcomes.
• Own operating dimensions of the end-to-end customer and business-partner journey.
• Build relationships with customers, distribution partners, administrators and other key relationships.
• Provide executive leadership and oversight of Claims and Cost Containment.
• Establish claims and cost-containment strategies, standards, benchmarks, controls and reporting.
• Oversee claims partners, administrators and vendors, including complex and high-exposure claims.
• Lead A&H Technology and Data roadmaps, investments, platforms, reporting and digital capabilities.
• Increase use of technology, data, automation and AI to improve operations and customer experience.
• Establish and lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
• Serve as strategic operating partner to the President and Executive Leadership Team.
• Recommend operating model, investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Build alignment, accountability, high-performing teams and scalable capabilities.
