You will design and test MVPs with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations while challenging business cases and unit economics. You will drive partnerships, pricing, regulatory topics, and scaling plans, ensuring campaigns

Qualifikationen

• Excellent academic track record and outstanding degree from a leading university.
• Typically 3–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptionally strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to get up to speed on new and complex topics quickly and in depth.
• Excellent quantitative and commercial judgment.
• Confidence working with founders, senior stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
• Extremely high standards for quality and speed, combined with a strong bias for action.
• German at near-native level; excellent German is essential.
• Ability to accurately understand, formulate, and negotiate complex matters in German.
• Ability to communicate with tax advisors, partners, lawyers, authorities, and internal teams in a regulated tax, financial, and consumer-protection environment.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business areas, partnerships, marketing channels, pricing, regulatory topics, operational scaling, M&A, new products, sales channels, and internal structures.
• Own market and strategy analyses, partner sourcing, negotiations, MVP development, tech integration, and go-live.
• Evaluate campaigns against clear KPIs and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop
