Zusammenfassung

Qwello is seeking a strategic market analyst to drive expansion beyond Germany and optimize internal processes. You will evaluate opportunities, coordinate with international teams, and support business cases for large projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, BI experience, and fluency in German and English for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed studies/training and at least 1-3 years practical experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills.
• Extensive experience with Excel and modelling.
• Confidence in project management and design.
• Experience with BI and large data sets is a plus.
• Fluent German and excellent English.

• Push market elaboration outside of Germany in the public and semi-public sector; define and complete steps to follow business opportunities.
• Approach foreign markets in coordination with Local Entrepreneurs.
• Define, found and put feasible local legal structures into operation when successful.
• Analyze current processes, propose improvements and lead implementation.
• Own ongoing market analysis, including competitor evaluations and regulatory environment.
• Prepare board meetings and establish new Qwello meeting formats.

• Analyze current processes, make proposals for improvement and lead implementation
• Provide competent business advice to colleagues and external contacts
• Own ongoing market analysis, including competitor evaluations and regulatory environment
• Evaluate market potential of new products or business models
• Support international Qwello legal entities during commercial decisions for larger projects, including developing corresponding business cases
• Structure and process internal Qwello data to support management decisions and company-wide improvements
• Optimize and further develop internal processes and tools
• Prepare board meetings and establish new Qwello meeting formats

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies/training and at least 1-3 years practical experience
• Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills
• Extensive experience with Excel and modelling
• Confidence in project management and design
• Experience with BI and large data sets is a plus
• Fluent German and excellent English
• High flexibility, reliability, independence and diligence
• Experience with agile working practices and working in a self-determined organisation without hierarchical levels is an advantage
