Lead Amplify’s 175-person Business Systems organization, including 75 FTEs plus partners and contractors
Manage a budget exceeding $45 million
Report to the CTO and work closely with the COO on enterprise initiatives
Own strategy and optimization for Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot, and 400+ applications
Reduce technology debt and manage costs
Staff, activate, and lead the internal AI Transformation team
Embed AI and low-code/no-code capabilities safely across business workflows
Own the internal AI productivity pipeline and roll out Glean, Claude, Salesforce Agentforce, and internal vibe-coding
Establish governance enabling rapid and safe solution development
Partner with Finance and external auditors to ensure transaction integrity
Mature General IT Controls and support SOC and financial audit readiness
Reallocate technology investments toward People, Marketing, and Product-facing technology
Complete organizational evolution toward distinct strategic and operational arms
Streamline governance overhead and support stakeholder accountability
Evolve Business Systems into a faster, proactive, solutions-oriented partner
Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product
Partner closely with the Data organization to improve collaboration with business functions

Requirements

• Has led a 50+ person IT/Business Systems organization
• Experience managing a substantial budget inside a complex, multi-channel business with $300M-$1B+ revenue
• Ideally, experience combining physical logistics or fulfillment with digital SaaS delivery
• Has driven enterprise AI adoption past the pilot stage with true workforce uptake
• Experience deploying AI tools/systems with a measurable approach
• Experience standing up or scaling an AI/enablement team
• Experience empowering non-technical builders with low-code/no-code tools
• Has owned a modern CRM, ERP, and HRIS core stack and a large application portfolio
• Record of simplification, cost discipline, and reallocating investment
• Deep comfort partnering with CFOs and external auditors on revenue recognition, SOC/SOX/GITC frameworks, and audit readiness
• Able to present controls and organizational maturity to a Board audit & risk committee
• Has assessed and upgraded variable talent
• Experience evolving organizational structures into strategic and delivery arms
