Estrel Berlin sucht eine/n Koch/Köchin zur Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Ablaufs der Speisenproduktion, sowie Betreuung von Buffets und Menüausgabe.

Sie arbeiten selbstständig und im Team, zeigen Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Motivation, verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, gute Deutschkenntnisse und unterstützen HACCP- und FiFo-Standards sowie die Postenchefs.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin.
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse.
• Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Motivation.
• Selbständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Speisenproduktion.
• Betreuung von Buffets und Menüausgabe.
• Delegieren von Aufgaben an Leasing Mitarbeiter und deren Kontrolle.
• Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards.
• Einhaltung des HACCP und FiFo Systems.
• Unterstützung der Postenchefs.
