Hyundai Connected Mobility is seeking a dedicated professional to join its Connected Car and Charging Team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of EV charging solutions, ensuring high service continuity while analyzing performance and initiating improvements.

Jobbeschreibung

As the latest member in the Connected Car and Charging Team at Hyundai Connected Mobility, you will be responsible for developing and running our EV charging solutions. You support the definition of the roadmap and manage actively partnerships. You also monitor the KPIs and recommend solutions in terms of pricing and product offering accordingly. You also get the chance to work on future projects like smart charging or V2G and pave the way for the future of mobility.

We want you to:

• Execute and deliver elements of the strategy and roadmap for the Hyundai Connected Mobility’s EV charging solutions in Europe
• Develop and execute the overall roadmap for the Charging solutions in Europe
• Run the current Charging services and secure continuity according to the defined SLA and with high NPS
• Analyze current level of services and initiate improvements
• Conduct continuously market research & competitor benchmarks
• Support integration of new Charging services and features, e.g. Smart Charging, Vehicle to Grid (V2G)
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Product, Pricing, CX, R&D, Marketing and Customer Service to deliver high quality solutions
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates, and communicate project risks, issues, and changes to key stakeholders and management
• Track and report on product performance, including key metrics, milestones, and budget situation
• Monitor and improve activation rates and create accordingly KPI’s on feature basis
• Meet specific Activation Rates and other key product metrics

About you:

• Degree or equivalent education with min. 5 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of Charging technologies and the ecosystem in Europe, including Charging service and mobility provider in Europe, different technologies and standard, V2L and V2G technologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is highly desirable
