We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our CFO Advisory team in Munich or Frankfurt as an Analyst:

• As part of our CFO Advisory team, you'll contribute to strategic financial initiatives, including performance management, planning, reporting, and transaction-related decision support.
• Your work will involve building and reviewing complex financial models to support CFOs in evaluating strategic alternatives, business cases, and transformation efforts.
• You will be involved in supporting complex integrations of finance divisions and functions (mainly accounting and controlling) in the context of M&A transactions.
• Transforming and digitizing accounting and financial processes will be one of the key focus areas of your work.
• By identifying key business drivers, you'll help translate financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Deliverables such as reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications will be prepared and refined with your input, ensuring clarity and impact.

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Analyst to have :

• A Master's degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics
• Financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge are considered as a prerequisite as well as giving meaning to the numbers and translate this into a well-structured report
• Between one to two year's relevant professional experience in financial advisory, audit or corporate finance
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects
• A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner
• Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player
• Excellent German language, fluent written and spoken English,
• Eagerness to work on cross border assignments
