Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care in California. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support medication self-administration, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure patient safety and comfort.

The role requires a valid CA CHHA certificate, CPR certification, and a reliable vehicle for travel between clients. You will work independently under supervision to deliver high-quality patient services.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Home Health Aide in California.
• Current CPR certification (AHA).
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Able to read, follow written instructions and document care accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Genuine empathy for patients who are ill, injured, or frail.

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities per the care plan.
• Support patients with meals, from preparation to feeding assistance when needed.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.

• Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly.
