Silver Lining Home Health Care, a Care Advantage company, seeks CNAs/HHA caregivers for in-home care in Felton and Harrington, DE. Part-time or full-time positions available.

You will provide direct client care, assist with daily activities, and support families in a compassionate home-health setting. We offer ongoing in-service training, opportunities for bonuses based on performance, and a flexible schedule to accommodate caregivers’ needs.

Qualifikationen

• CNA and HHA certifications required or in progress.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Open availability including weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide client care according to the Plan of Care
• Assist client with personal care and hygiene
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follows infection control procedures
• Maintains client privacy and confidential client information

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, or DE CNA program completion
• Open availability, able to work various shifts to include weekends
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Physical and 2 Step PPD
• Able to lift, position, and transfer patient
• Experience operating a Hoyer lift
• Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
