Jobtailor is seeking a pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in a fast-paced setting. The role focuses on accurate preparation, labeling, and distribution of medications, with ongoing counseling, drug utilization review, and patient assessments.

The successful candidate will maintain computerized medication profiles, supervise pharmacy technicians, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local drug-dispensing laws.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
• Current registration by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy.
• Must be able to wear appropriate PPE to perform the job safely.
• Ability to stand and walk continually (75% or more).
• Ability to carry 1–10 pounds continually.
• Ability to lift 1–10 pounds, push or pull 1–25 pounds, and grasp/squeeze frequently.

• Provide medication counseling, monitoring, drug utilization review, and patient assessments.
• Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, compounding, billing, verification, and delivery of medications.
• Support the specialty pharmacy program and accreditation standards.
• Purchase, receive, store, and process inventory.
• Maintain accurate computerized medication profiles.
• Supervise and coordinate assigned pharmacy technicians preparing, labeling, and delivering medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with drug-dispensing laws and recordkeeping requirements.
• Support Lean principles and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide a safe environment for caregivers, patients, and guests.
• Deliver timely, efficient, accurate customer service and patient care.
• Report suspected rule violations and cooperate with investigations.
• Perform additional duties of similar complexity as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to perform the job safely
• Ability to stand and walk continually (75% or more)
• Ability to carry 1–10 pounds continually
• Ability to lift 1–10 pounds, push or pull 1–25 pounds, and grasp/squeeze frequently
• Ability to sit, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry 11–25 pounds occasionally
• Clear and audible speaking voice and ability to hear normal speech level
• Ability to operate a keyboard, stoop/kneel/crouch, reach overhead, and push or pull 25–50 pounds rarely
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
