Zusammenfassung

WSM – Walter Solbach Metallbau GmbH sucht eine/n zentrale Auftragsabwickler/in (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Sie erstellen und prüfen Aufträge, koordinieren Lieferungen mit Logistikpartnern und arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb sowie Buchhaltung zusammen.

Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit, idealerweise Erfahrung im Metallbau, sowie sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit. Ein strukturierter, prozessorientierter Arbeitsstil und gute MS-Office/CRM-Kenntnisse runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen.
• Erfahrung in Vertrieb oder zentraler Auftragsabwicklung, idealerweise im Metallbau.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, CRM-Systemen und ERP/Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen, idealerweise proALPHA.

Aufgaben

• Aufträge erstellen und bearbeiten, Auftragsbestätigungen erstellen und eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung sicherstellen.
• Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Bestellungen gemäß den Richtlinien vorbereiten und prüfen.
• Verwaltung und Pflege von Kundenportalen sowie rechtzeitige Bereitstellung von Informationen und Dokumenten.
• Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Logistikpartnern zur Koordination von Lieferungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Buchhaltung.
• Abstimmung mit Produktionsplanung, Terminplanung und Logistik.

Due to our continuous, dynamic growth, we are looking for a Central Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

• Creating and processing orders and order confirmations, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment
• Preparation and review of invoices, credit memos, and purchase orders in accordance with the relevant business guidelines
• Management and maintenance of customer portals, as well as the reliable and timely provision of information and documents
• Communication and coordination with our logistics partners to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth operations
• Close collaboration with the sales departments and the accounting department
• Coordination with Production Planning, Scheduling, and Logistics

Your profile

• Successful completion of a business apprenticeship or equivalent knowledge
• Experience in sales or central order processing, ideally in metal fabrication
• Strong service mentality as well as strong communication and contact skills in German and English
• Experience in working with MS Office, CRM systems and merchandise management programs, ideally proALPHA
• Structured, process-oriented way of working
