• Coordinate and support cross‑functional projects by aligning stakeholders, preparing analyses and decision‑making materials, and ensuring timely follow‑up on key initiatives
• Prepare strategic presentations, leadership updates, business reviews, and buying performance reports to support informed decision‑making
• Drive effective communication and governance within the Buying department by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring organizational alignment
• Identify and implement process improvements across buying operations, driving standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Own and support key operational buying processes, ensuring high data quality and smooth day‑to‑day operations
• Maintain and further develop buying documentation, training materials, and learning initiatives
• Act as a central point of coordination for cross‑functional requests and support teams and leadership with clear structures, frameworks, and stakeholder management
