KWS Group is seeking a proactive Business Support Baltics (m/f/d) to drive efficient operations across the Baltic region. You will handle contracts, reporting, administration, and logistics, acting as a key contact across the business to enable commercial success.

The role also includes supporting marketing activities, translating materials for local markets, and collaborating with colleagues across departments in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Agronomy, or a comparable field.
• Experience supporting marketing activities and logistics processes, ideally combined with exposure to business operations, contract management, or project coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications and understanding of business processes.
• Fluent English skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer and supplier contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and track key business indicators to support decision-making.
• Coordinate logistics activities and ensure the timely delivery of products, materials, and equipment.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities, including the translation and adaptation of materials for local markets.
• Manage daily administrative processes, documentation, company records, and digital archives.
