KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for our Berlin office to support our Germany-wide business units. If you are self-motivated, service‑oriented and a team player, we would like to meet you soon.

This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent. Your responsibilities include handling payroll inquiries, processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls in SAP HCM, maintaining employee data, and ensuring accurate tax and social security reporting.

Qualifikationen

• First experience in payroll and with SAP-HCM or other payroll systems.

• Your customers are colleagues; requests must be answered quickly and accurately.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Respond to payroll inquiries via the ticketing system.
• Process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls; maintain employee data in SAP HCM.
• Prepare payroll data related to raises, compensation, benefits, absences.
• Manage confidential employee information and tax/social security reporting to authorities.
• Support time management processes and collaborate with vendors.

For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for an Payroll Specialist(m/f/d) for our Berlin office in order to support our business units in Germany. This is a full-time position with a two year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position

Your Responsibilities – Where Challenge Meets Responsibility:

• Respond to employee payroll inquiries via the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Prepare and process on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, including maintaining employee data in SAP HCM
• Prepare and validate payroll data related to salary increases, compensation adjustments, benefits, absences and leaves of absence
• Manage confidential employee information and ensures accurate reporting of tax and social insurance data to relevant authorities.
• Support employees with time management processes, including time recording, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Administer pension schemes and employee benefits within the payroll process.
• Work closely with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective collaboration.
• Support HR Business Partners on matters related to works councils, unions, and other official documentation

• You already have a first experience in payroll and in SAP-HCM or other payroll systems. If you have already worked in a shared service environment, even better!
