Business Intelligence Sales Consultants in Kraków seeks a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing cloud sales team. You’ll manage consultative cycles with SMBs to enterprises and collaborate across functions.

The role requires German language proficiency (B2+ / C1) and English at least B2, with 1+ year in sales. Base salary is 11,000 PLN gross per month with uncapped bonuses; relocation to Kraków is required; hybrid work after training; start date 1 June 2026.

You will report directly to the Operations Sales Manager and play a key role in driving both individual and team success.
