Qualifikationen

• German at least C1 level; English at least B2 level.
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience (outbound or account development preferred).
• Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Understanding of cloud-based or technology solutions is an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Krakow.
• Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
