FH Collective Academy seeks a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate SQOs to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

The role offers a base salary with a performance bonus and relocation support, plus private health insurance and ongoing training. This position is hybrid in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.

Position Overview

You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €23,876.19 gross/year base + up to €3,407.56 gross/year performance bonus.

• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.
