Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Barcelona seeks a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products to drive growth in the Benelux region. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to C-level decision-makers and map needs to GCP solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Barcelona, a base salary of €23,876.19 plus a performance bonus up to €3,407.56 per year, relocation support, and private health insurance. Training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Languages: Dutch (C2) and English (C1) written and spoken.
• Experience: Proven outbound IT B2B lead generation and CRM usage.
• Technical: Solid cloud computing awareness; Benelux market knowledge.
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to GCP solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.

Position Overview

Join a global leader in business services as a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

Requirements

• Languages: C2 Dutch and C1 English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Proven track record in outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Technical & Regional Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud computing (GCP preferred) and Benelux market dynamics (business etiquette, GDPR compliance, ROI discussions).
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.
