4flow is looking for a proactive Business Development Representative (d/f/m) to drive growth in the CPG/FMCG sector. You will engage with senior decision-makers, turn account strategies into opportunities, and contribute to our ongoing expansion.

Collaborating with leaders, industry teams, and marketing, you will cultivate strategic relationships, manage a robust pipeline, and leverage HubSpot to optimize outreach and results. This is a role with growth and remote-friendly options.

At 4flow, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (d/f/m) to help grow our business in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. In close collaboration with our business leaders, industry team, and marketing, you'll turn account strategies into commercial opportunities and make a direct impact on our continued growth.

What your new challenge will look like

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 customers within the CPG/FMCG industry while identifying and engaging key decision-makers
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach activities
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and position 4flow as a strategic partner for supply chain transformation
• Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, leveraging HubSpot to track performance and drive data informed business development activities

• At least 6 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar business development role
