Zusammenfassung

4flow SE is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the CPG/FMCG sectors across Germany and selected international locations. You will transform account strategies into opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and partner with business leaders to expand our market presence.

The role emphasizes strategic pipeline development, outbound prospecting, and close collaboration with marketing and industry teams.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in a BDR/SDR or similar development role.
• Experience selling into CPG/FMCG is highly desirable.
• CRM usage (HubSpot) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal abilities.

At 4flow,we'relooking for a Business Development Representative (d/f/m) to help grow our business in theConsumer PackagedGoods (CPG) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. In close collaboration with ourbusinessleaders,industryteam, andmarketing,you'llturn account strategies into commercial opportunities and make a direct impact on our continued growth.

What your new challenge will look like

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 customers within the CPG/FMCG industry whileidentifyingand engaging key decision-makers
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted outreachactivities
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and position 4flow as a strategic partner for supplychain transformation
• Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, leveraging HubSpot to track performance and drive datainformed business development activities

Why you belong at 4flow

• At least 6 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar business development role
• Experience working with or selling into the CPG and/or FMCG industry is highly desirable
• Understandingsupply chain andlogisticsconcepts and experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skillswith a strong resilience, persistence, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
