4flow is seeking a logistics team lead to develop on-site and remote specialists, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality transportation processes. You will manage inbound and outbound road freight, optimize flows, and communicate status to customers as a second-level escalation contact.

The role requires leadership experience, fluency in English and German, and the ability to work in a dynamic, international logistics environment with proficiency in MS Office.

What your new challenge will look like

• Lead and develop on-site and off-site logistics specialists and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of daily operations.
• Ensure high-quality transportation processes for our customers, with a strong focus on on-time delivery.
• Manage and optimize road inbound transportation from suppliers to customer’s plants and road outbound (empties) transportation from plants to suppliers.
• Oversee the daily flow of goods and ensure effective exception management that meets our customers’ expectations.
• Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes and identify opportunities to increase quality and efficiency.
• Communicate regularly with customers on operational status and act as the second-level escalation contact for execution topics.
• Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders to bring the different teams’/colleagues’ viewpoints together that ensure best service quality and enable joint success.
