NAVEX Global, Inc. is seeking a motivated business development professional to research, prospect, and contact leads to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. The role is hybrid, fostering collaboration with an engaged, high‑performing team.

You will develop knowledge of risk and compliance solutions, speak with executives, and drive conversations to advance opportunities. A strong English speaker with a sales mindset will thrive here.

Qualifikationen

• Professional fluency in English.
• 1 year’s sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience is a plus.
• Technical acumen to ramp up quickly on core technologies such as Salesforce, Groove.
• Strong communication and goal‑driven mindset.

In this role you will be researching, prospecting, and contacting leads to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team. What you’ll do:

• Exceed your monthly quota by utilising your ability to assess a prospect’s “fit” and book meetings
• Generate qualified business opportunities by cold calling, emailing, and engaging in conversations with prospects
• Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce
• Utilise smart, targeted discovery questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as VPs, Directors and C‑suite personnel
• Acquire in depth knowledge of our full range of risk and compliance solutions and services, conveying that knowledge to potential customers, and adhering to company messaging and positioning
• Nurture relationships with longer term prospects
• Conduct territory development best practices with email, phone and chat using sales enablement tools and technology to connect with new prospects and current customers

What you’ll bring:

• Professional fluency in English
• 1 year’s sales, telemarketing or lead generation experience is a plus
• Technical acumen to ramp up quickly on core technologies such as Salesforce, Groove, etc.
• A tenacious work ethic with a desire to have a career in sales
• Grit and know-how with a curious and creative mindset to set goals to achieve bigger outcomes
• Highly motivated, self‑starter with a strong desire to meet and exceed quota monthly, maintaining a high call rate and ability to assess prospect’s “fit”

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, presentations skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives to engage and influence executive-level decision makers

Our side of the deal:

The starting pay for this role is 42,000 EUR per annum and a target variable of 17,000 EUR. Target Variable is based on individual achievement factors and is not guaranteed.
