Zusammenfassung

Bethmann Bank AG is seeking a Business Development Manager - Trade & Cash Solutions (m/f/d) to drive origination and growth of revenues in Trade Finance and Cash Management.

You will structure and deliver integrated trade, payments, and liquidity solutions, and develop senior client relationships while interfacing with Coverage, Product, and Operations. The role requires extensive GTB experience and a proven business development track record.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in Global Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, and/or Cash Management.
• Strong business development and origination track record.
• Deep understanding of corporate transaction flows and working capital.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• High stress tolerance and excellent organization skills.
• Strong service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English and German, both verbal and written
