Qualifikationen

• Requires completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or as state-certified technician.

• Very good written and spoken English skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with initiative and team orientation.
• Willingness to travel internationally (over 40%).

Aufgaben

• Independent support and further development of the Railway business unit
• Conducting market, competitor and product analyses
• Identification and acquisition of new customers and development of additional market potential
• Expansion of market presence and further development of existing applications
• Development, coordination and implementation of market and sales strategies with sales management
• Marketing activities in the respective application area (e.g. website content, publications, data sheets)
• Close cooperation with application technology and R&D
• Support of the market including customer development and key account management
• Coordination of customer projects (as project manager when needed)
• Co-design and optimization of internal processes and structures
• Budget and investment planning

• Development, coordination and implementation of market and sales strategies in close cooperation with the sales management
• Responsibility for marketing activities in the respective application area (e.g. creation of website content, publications, data sheets, etc.)
• Close cooperation with application technology and the research and development department
• Support of the market including customer development, key account management and support of the regional sales teams
• Coordination of customer projects (internal and external), if necessary as project manager for strategically important projects
• Co-design and optimization of internal processes and structures
• Responsibility for budget and investment planning

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field ofmechanical engineering,industrial engineeringor degree asa state-certified technician
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of plain bearing systems or in therail industry
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a high level of initiative and team orientation
• Experience in the sale of technically sophisticated products that require explanation
• Willingness to travel internationally (over 40%)
