As a Business Development Manager based in Germany for the Personal Safety Division, you will have the opportunity to leverage your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse teams worldwide.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Achieving growth targets in the hospital market
  • Supporting our sales partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Strategically developing sales and sales partners through targeted market analyses and business development measures
  • Establishing and maintaining partnerships with clinics, medical facilities, purchasing groups, and other stakeholders
  • Conducting competitive analyses to identify market opportunities and risks
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments such as product management, marketing, and sales
  • Creating business plans, revenue forecasts, and reports to evaluate the success of implemented measures

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Vocational training or studies in an economic or technical field
