A leading innovative digital bank is seeking a Business Development Manager/Director. In this role, you will develop strategies to drive revenue, acquire new clients, and conduct market analysis. With a focus on the fintech space, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve comprehensive business goals.

As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group.
Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager/Director ready to join our adventure.
5+ years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector is a must. In particular you need to bring experience from selling BaaS or lending solutions
Strong understanding of lending, financial markets & products and industry regulation
Local knowledge of the Italian, French, Spanish or DACH market is a clear added value
Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in an international context
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
