We are looking for a hands-on, can-do Business Development Manager to join our team in Munich. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across Europe.

While the role involves frequent travel, your base will be our Munich office, where close collaboration with the local team is essential. Please note that this is an on-site position; remote or home office work is not planned at this stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Automotive field across the target regions
• Visit and engage with potential customers (>50% travel)
• Support the European market development strategy
• Collaborate closely with Marketing team in Munich
• Represent Winbond at events and customer meetings (by assignment)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.
• Basic understanding of electrical components; knowledge of memory products is a plus.
• Previous experience in Automotive sales or business development is a plus.
• Regularly leverage AI tools as part of daily work to improve productivity and work efficiency.
