  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of automotive electronics products, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers across different cultures and regions.
  • Proficiency in English and German, additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and globally as required.
