Zusammenfassung

BRLO GmbH, a Berlin brewery, seeks a Brauer*in und Anlagenführer*in (m/w/d) to join the site in Berlin-Spandau starting September 2026. You will oversee the complete beer production chain, from malting and wort production through fermentation to maturation and bottling, while producing RTD beverages and ensuring high quality across processes.

Role requires hands-on maintenance, strong quality awareness, and proficiency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a brewer and maltster, or several years of professional experience in filling and packaging operations.
• Excellent technical understanding and a strong awareness of quality.
• Ability to work independently and take a solution-oriented approach.
• Good written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage the complete beer production process from malt intake to bright beer tank.
• Produce non-alcoholic beverages and RTD products.
• Carry out minor maintenance and repair on production equipment.
• Fill and package bottles, cans and kegs.
• Clean and disinfect production equipment and areas.
• Support quality management system in line with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, IFS Global Markets Food and organic certification requirements.

Your Tasks

• Managing the complete beer production process, including carrying out, controlling and monitoring all production steps from malt intake, wort production, fermentation and maturation through to the bright beer tank
• Producing non-alcoholic beverages and ready-to-drink (RTD) products
• Independently carrying out minor maintenance and repair work on beer production equipment
• Filling and packaging bottles, cans and kegs
• Cleaning and disinfecting production equipment and production areas
• Supporting the maintenance, planning and continuous development of the quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, IFS Global Markets Food and organic certification requirements

Your Profile
