Job summary

Nordex Group sucht eine erfahrene Projektleitung für Civil Works und Site Readiness im Windenergiebereich. Sie koordinieren Budgets, Ressourcen und Termine über mehrere Standorte und sichern Vertrags- sowie Qualitätsanforderungen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit BoP-Supervisoren zusammen, analysieren Risiken und berichten regelmäßig an Stakeholder. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie sicher; Spanisch ist von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Baumanagement, erneuerbare Energien oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Construction Project Management.
• Kenntnisse von Bauprozessen im Windenergie-Sektor und relevante Normen.
• Erfahrung in Budgetmanagement, Planung, Ressourcenkoordination, Kostenkontrolle und Risikomanagement.
• Souveräner Umgang mit MS Project, Primavera oder ähnlichen Tools.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Entscheidungsfreude.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2-C1); Spanisch ist von Vorteil.
• Gültiger Führerschein in Deutschland und Reisebereitschaft.

• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung vertraglicher Anforderungen in Civil Works und Site Readiness.
• Projektpläne, Ressourcenpläne und Ausführungsstrategien entwickeln.
• Personal, Geräte und Materialien standortübergreifend koordinieren.
• Fortschritt verfolgen und Berichte für relevante Stakeholder erstellen.
• BoP-Supervisoren bei der Lösung von Standortproblemen unterstützen.
• Sicherstellung von Sicherheit, Qualität und Umweltstandards.

Job description

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. Do you want to take an active role in changing wind energy infrastructure?

YOUR TASKS

• Monitoring project budgets and implementing cost control measures
• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements throughout the Civil Works and Site Readiness phases
• Developing project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies
• Coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple project sites
• Tracking project progress and preparing reports for relevant stakeholders
• Supporting BoP Supervisors in resolving site issues and schedule delays
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Knowledge of construction processes within the wind energy sector, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations
• Experience in budget management, project planning, resource coordination, cost control, and risk management
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or comparable project management tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Very good communication skills in both German and English (minimum B2-C1); Spanish language skills are an advantage
• A valid driving license recognized in Germany and willingness to travel are required
