Job summary

Gulp Ag in Frankfurt am Main is seeking a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) for a client in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves independent ownership of microbiology tasks, endotoxin testing, and quality controls in a GMP environment.

You will conduct microbial counts, hygiene checks, water quality monitoring, and final product testing, requiring formal training in biology or microbiology and strong German language skills; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a biology laboratory technician or in microbiology.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in microbiology.
• GMP experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Excellent German skills, both written and spoken; basic English skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Total bacterial count determination using membrane filtration and plate casting.
