Job summary

Gulp AG in Leverkusen sucht eine/n Medizinisch-technische/n Laboratoriumsassistent/in (MTA) oder Veterinär-MTA (VMTA) zur Unterstützung in einem pharmazeutischen Umfeld.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören Probenvorbereitung, Probenbearbeitung und Befundvalidierung in Klinikchemie, Hämatologie, Serologie und Parasitologie; Instrumentenwartung; Mitwirkung am Qualitätsmanagement und Klärung offener Anforderungen mit Ärzten.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als VMTA, MTA, TFA, MFA oder vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung.
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Serum- und Blutproben.
• Gute Computerkenntnisse vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Probenvorbereitung und -verteilung durchführen.
• Probenbearbeitung und Befundvalidierung in Klinischer Chemie, Hämatologie, Serologie und Parasitologie.
• Analyseninstrumente warten und pflegen.
• Klärung unklarer Anforderungen mit Ärzten und intern.
• Qualitätsmanagement implementieren.
• Allgemeine Laborarbeiten durchführen.

Job description

We are currently seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Technician (MTA) or Veterinary Medical Laboratory Technician (VMTA) on behalf of a business partner.

Responsibilities include: Sample preparation and distribution; Sample processing and result validation in the areas of clinical chemistry, hematology, serology, and parasitology; Care and maintenance of analytical instruments; Handling of clarification cases and complaints; Implementation of quality management; Clarification of unclear requirements with referring physicians and internally; and Performing general laboratory tasks.

• Successfully completed training as a VMTA, MTA, TFA, MFA or a comparable scientific education
• Initial professional experience in handling serum and blood samples
• Basic technical understanding and good computer skills are an advantage.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
• Self-initiative, dedication, teamwork and reliability
