Gulp AG in Frankfurt am Main is seeking a Laboratory Technician or CTA to perform analytical testing of finished medicinal products and raw materials, conduct instrument calibrations, and support GMP-compliant documentation.

You will work with UV/VIS, IR, DC, KF titration and other methods, verify/validate analytical procedures, and help improve workflows in quality control while ensuring accurate SAP data entry.

Formación

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant or CTA or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a quality control laboratory.
• Experience with UV/VIS, IR, DC, KF titration and other analytical methods.
• GMP knowledge is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analytical testing of finished medicinal products and raw materials.
• Incoming inspection of active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients and purified water.
• Perform instrument calibrations and maintenance; conduct drug release tests.
• Apply test methods including pH, TLC, sieve analysis, bulk and tapped densities, UV spectroscopy.
• Conduct analytical method verifications/ validations and apply results in the lab.
• Create and revise GMP documents; document and evaluate analytical data in SAP; improve workflows in quality control.

Your responsibilities will include: analytical testing of finished medicinal products and raw materials; incoming inspection of active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and purified water; performing instrument calibrations and maintenance, as well as drug release tests; applying the following test methods: potassium ferrocyanide titration, pH determination, thin-layer chromatography, sieve analysis, bulk and tapped densities, and UV spectrophotometer analysis; conducting analytical method verifications/validations and application in the laboratory; GMP-compliant documentation and evaluation of analytical data, including its entry into SAP; creating and revising GMP documents; and improving workflows in quality control.

• Completed training as a chemical laboratory assistant or CTA, or alternatively a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a quality control laboratory
• Professional experience in handling UV/VIS, IR, DC, KF titration and other analytical methods
• GMP knowledge is desirable
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
