Role Overview
A BIM Change Manager (m/f/d)for Europe will be responsible for shaping and driving the BIM strategy across Doka’s European country organizations. Your mission is to define a clear roadmap for BIM implementation, ensure its successful execution, and demonstrate tangible progress toward full BIM implementation in our design processes.
You will act as a key ambassador for BIM, effectively communicating its value to internal stakeholders and customers. With your strong market awareness and industry network, you will identify emerging trends and opportunities to further strengthen Doka’s position in digital construction. You will also represent Doka at relevant BIM conferences, seminars, and workshops to continuously expand your expertise and network.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 47.586,56 according to the collective agreement in Austria (woodworking industry). For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
