Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of channel partners within Germany. Identify partners with potential for growth, develop strong relationships with them and create business opportunities. This is a hunter role that requires understanding of areas for growth, players in those markets and how to onboard them in our channel partner program.
  • Detect untapped markets and establish strategies for increasing revenue from current accounts
  • Build and implement a business development and revenue plan with your assigned partners
  • Generate leads, nurture and expand existing relationships and identify opportunities for potential future growth
  • Have a deep understanding of Zebra's software and hardware products and services along with competitor offerings and be able to educate partners / customers in a persuasive yet engaging manner
  • Manage partner C-Level relationships including financial (revenue) and legal (contractual) interactions
  • Identify training and development requirements
  • Manage own quota of key accounts and ensure they are retained and developed
  • Work towards a set of KPIs
  • Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales together with our distributors
  • Perform business reviews and recommend improvements
  • Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports
  • Willingness to travel across Germany
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in business management or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of applicable sales experience
