ARTS Group is seeking an Aviation Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/x) in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. You will verify incoming goods documents, monitor Airbus configuration standards, and maintain data in Airbus SAP eCAIR while coordinating with teams in France and the U.S.

Strong Excel skills, SAP/eCAIR experience, and German (C1) with English (B2) are required. This is a temporary full-time role with attractive remuneration and benefits in a high-tech aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in Lean/continuous improvement helpful.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Aviation Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/x)

Configuration statuses that are accurate — down to the very last line of documentation.
For our client at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder location, as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will maintain accurate configuration statuses in a demanding Airbus supplier environment—from reviewing incoming goods documents to maintaining records in Airbus SAP eCAIR. You will work in a structured and independent manner and coordinate regularly with locations in France and the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Verifying incoming goods documents for completeness and accuracy
• Monitoring configuration standards in accordance with customer specifications (Airbus)
• Data entry and maintenance in Airbus SAP eCAIR
• Reconciling and evaluating configuration changes against Airbus specifications and internal standards
• Updating documentation and systems following configuration changes, as well as archiving in accordance with aviation regulations
• Regular international communication with locations in France and the U.S.
• Collaboration with Materials Management, Manufacturing Engineers, Product Quality Engineering, and Digital Operations to identify process improvements

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Experience in configuration control, quality, or technical documentation is a plus
• Knowledge of Lean Management or continuous improvement is a plus
• Very good proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP is a plus
• Business-level German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• Willingness to work shifts
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is absolutely required
